The Indian Healthcare industry is valued to become a US $ 280 Billion industry by 2020, while the fragment of IT- Healthcare is currently estimated at $1.45 billion The government is facing serious challenges in its efforts to adopt an electronic health records (EHR) system—a digital database of every Indian’s medical record that can be accessed by doctors and hospitals—that is aimed at transforming healthcare in the country.These challenges range from digital infrastructure creation, policy and regulations, standards and interoperability to research and development.


To develop an online Medication Administration Record (MAR) catering to 1800+ bed integrated delivery system with multiple campuses and outreach clinics in the first stage. The orders and results would be aggregated and stored in a central repository with a record retrieval system that will enable patients and healthcare professionals to access the health records from anywhere in the world.


Develop the Marketing Strategy for Rural Markets for Newly Conceived Mahindra and Mahindra Vehicle

India's rural market is not a single, homogeneous market looking for "cheap" products. Mahindra and Mahindra conceived a new product (based on a completely new platform of a Quadricycle) which combines the advantages of a personal vehicle (seating up to 5 passengers) while also carrying a load of about 20 bags of cement or thereabouts. The product has a high ground clearance and is fitted with a locally sourced frugal diesel engine (BS-III compliant) that gives a maximum speed of 55 kph at about 28 km/l of fuel.


To conduct need-gap analysis for rural individual transport segment in India and develop a marketing plan for new M&M vehicle including the marketing mix (price, promotion, placement, positioning) by studying the consumer behavior to identify the decisions and attributes driving the purchases.

The food delivery market which was dominated by Dominos has now become the food tech market with dominant players like Swiggy and Zomato. Currently these players are getting incremental business for Dominos with lower margin due to their commissions, however in the long term the real threat is loss in market share with customer loyalty lying with food ordering platforms with multiple pizza brands available.


To develop a customer life time program for existing Dominos customers in order to drive repeat and upsell irrespective of where the customer choses to order by deploying RFM Model to segment customers.

Admission Details

Following are the eligibility criteria and selection process for the PGPM - Executive


The program is designed for working professionals with at least 3 years of full-time post-qualification work experience.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in graduation or equivalent.

Candidates who have completed their Post-Graduation or Masters Program can also apply.

Selection Process

Apply by filling a simple online application form.
The Admissions Committee and the faculty panel will review all the applications and shortlist candidates based on their profiles.
These candidates will be invited for an interview and an offer will be made to the selected applicants.

Admissions will be closed once the requisite number of candidates have been admitted into the program.

The PGPM-Ex is intended for working professionals aspiring for growth in managerial careers. Eligibility includes having a Bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate score and a minimum of 3 years of work experience. There is no upper limit on the amount of prior work experience.
PGPM-Ex comprises of two modules (Foundation and Advanced) and involves a total of around 400 hours of learning spread across classroom learning, online self- study, assessments and project work. Candidates would need to dedicate about 3-5 hours on a weekly basis. In class sessions will happen at the Great Lakes learning centre in, Bangalore one weekend every month (~8 hours each day).

PGPM-Ex program is based on the learnings and achievements of Great Lakes PGPM program, which is now ranked within the top 10 in the country. PGPM-Ex is designed specifically for working professionals keeping in mind their learning needs and career requirements. Some of the salient features that distinguish the PGPM-Ex program include:

The PGPM-Ex equips candidates with the relevant competencies and skills to excel and transition into business and managerial careers. The program is also suitable for Senior Professionals who may be leading teams and now require upskilling in these new technologies and thought processes so as to lead, manage and grow businesses in an increasingly digital and data driven world.

Yes. The Certificate for PGPM-Ex will be awarded by Great Lakes Executive Learning.

The academic modules will be taught by senior Great Lakes faculty who teach on campus programs at Great Lakes. In addition to Great Lakes faculty, senior leadership from the industry would also participate in delivering certain topics/modules.
PGPM-Ex follows a blended learning approach wherein lecture delivery happens through classroom and online modes. Contact classes will be scheduled for one weekend every month and will be held at the Great Lakes Learning Centre in Bangalore (HSR Layout).

The total Program fee of Rs.2.95 lacs + GST and can be paid at one go or according to the following payment schedule:

  • Payment of Rs.50,000 at the time of acceptance of admission
  • Payment of the remaining amount in 3 equal installments
Any costs associated with accommodation are not included in the program fee. Program office can provide information regarding accommodation options to participants if needed.
Once an offer has been accepted and the fee has been paid, there shall be no refunds.
The entire learning content for the program is shared with all candidates through the LMS and is covered as a part of the course fee. However, candidates may choose to purchase any of the additional suggested reference books.
We believe that learning should continue and hence, all the learning material in terms of lectures and reading content would be available to the candidates until 3 years post completion of the program. Continued access beyond this period would include a nominal fee.
PGPM-Ex is designed to be a holistic and rigorous program and follows a continuous evaluation. All courses in the program get evaluated through graded discussions, quizzes, assignments and projects. The evaluations follow an application oriented design rather than being purely theoretical. The capstone project also forms a Crucial part of the overall evaluation of a candidate's performance in the program.
Upon successful completion of the program, all PGPM-Ex candidates are considered as Great Lakes alumni and have the same alumni privileges as students from any of the full time programs. These privileges include access to alumni portal, job boards, meetups and networking sessions, Great Lakes events and conferences, etc.
Though the program does not conduct placement process, having acquired the relevant skills and knowledge required for various industry roles, we expect candidates to have career transitions or growth within their existing organizations and outside. Moreover, through the Career Enhancement Support module and activities, we will be providing career counseling, self-effectiveness and development workshops, industry speaker sessions and networking events that could further enable career transitions.
All interested candidates are required to apply to the Program through the online application form. The admissions committee shall review the applications and shortlist candidates for admission interviews. The admission interviews are conducted through telephonic or video conferencing by Great Lakes faculty. Post the interview process, the candidates may be offered admission to PGPM-Ex on the basis of their profile and interview assessment.
