Manager - Corporate Engagement

Key Responsibilities

Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):

  • As a part of Great Learning’s Corporate Engagement team, lead the corporate outreach initiative in a territory / city.
  • Identify, grow and manage relationships with leading corporates as Strategic Partners with the primary objective of getting firm commitments from companies to hire graduates
  • Become a trusted partner for the corporate’s upskilling & re-skilling needs, in terms of talent supply or any potential training offering
  • Conceptualize and lead initiatives with Partners to create programs such as “train & hire”, “scholarships”, “hackathons” that open new distribution channels for Great Learning
  • Creating job opportunities by working closely with Partners, understanding their requirements and mapping students and graduates to these requirements.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to create successful outcomes for partners and students


  1. 2+ years of experience in B2B sales/ account management role.
  2. Existing strong relationships with leaders within functions of human resource, recruitment, learning & development and training in large corporates & enterprises

Full Stack Developer Lead


Key Responsibilities

  • Full stack development of features starting from the database layer all the way to the user interface.
  • Work closely with Product Management and UI/UX team to define and develop user experiences and features in Great Learning products.
  • Mentor other full-stack developers of the team with code and design reviews.
  • Write unit and functional tests to ensure code coverage and enable automated testing of features.


  • In-depth understanding of any backend programming language like Java, Javascript, Ruby or PHP.
  • In-depth understanding of any front-end framework like ReactJS, AngularJS, JQuery etc.
  • Hands-on experience in data modeling and query optimization in relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.
  • Exposure to the Linux command line and exceptional debugging skills.
  • Willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.

AGM - Cloud Computing


Key Responsibilities

  • You have hand-on experience with Cloud Computing platform(s) and have been part of developing or delivering cloud solutions

Your responsibilities will include (and not limited to):

  • Manage and grow Great Learning's global Cloud Computing program
  • Plan and execute content production and learning delivery with a network of industry experts
  • Build a fool-proof execution engine (processes and people)
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues pertaining to the learning experience decisively and thoughtfully 
  • Scan the industry and educational institutions to learn about and design world-class learning experiences for the students
  • Keep yourself continually up to date with the latest developments in the areas cloud technologies, careers in the areas, and students' priorities
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve the efficacy of the program - working with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or other technical disciplines
  • Min 6 years of professional experience, at least 3 of which is in the IT/Technology industry

  • You must have been accountable to a client or internal stakeholder for delivery of a product or project
  • Some exposure to programming, shell scripting, cloud environments is desirable


Principal Engineer

  • Take ownership of non-functional aspects by creating a tech roadmap to achieve a stable and scalable platform for Great Learning’s learners and gurus.
  • Mentor other full stack engineers by reviewing their design and code.
  • Bring in development and deployment best practices like Test Driven Development, DRY mindset, CI/CD, Containers etc
  • Develop business critical features and evaluate new technologies by building POCs.
  • Setup application benchmarking and production debugging tools


  • Minimum 6 years of experience
  • Mastery over at-least one web development framework like Rails, Springboot, Express, Django with a solid understanding of the underlying programming language like Ruby, Java, JavaScript, Python and the entire web development stack.
  • RESTful API design, SQL query optimization.
  • In-depth understanding and exposure to Linux, Cloud, AWS, HTTP, command line.
  • Understanding of distributed systems like distributed databases, queues and caches.
  • Should have designed, developed, deployed and maintained large scale distributed web applications on the cloud.
  • Proven product development skills and experience of working in an agile environment.


Creative Video Artist


Key Responsibilities


  • Liaise with stakeholders via meetings, calls, and emails to go over project briefs and details, and determine content needs and direction
  • Research and conceptualize video ideas
  • Create video expression of original concepts and ideas
  • Show, revise, and finish video edits that satisfy department leaders and other stakeholders
  • Stay up to date on latest creative video and technology trends to improve skills
  • Be part of pre-production, production and post-production
  • Maintain project files and archives



  • 1-5 years of professional experience working in a creative environment such as a post-production house, production company or studio, advertising agency, digital agency or in-house creative department or a tier-1 Bachelor’s degree in film, video, editing or related field
  • Strong reels of videos showcasing dynamic, original filming and editing work
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and visualize – experience with directing short films, etc. before highly preferred
  • Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and a working knowledge of various codecs, conversion tools, DaVinci Resolve, sound editing, and Adobe Creative Cloud 
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey creative concepts and rationale
  • Positive, hard-working, “can-do” client service attitude
  • Ability to multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously
