We are looking for a sales trainer who will own & enhance process adherence to provide truly exceptional experience to customer.
•Maximizes sales representative effectiveness by determining and solving training needs
•Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, provide resources and assistance for the new hires
•Identify areas of improvement to increase the conversion ratio
•Monitoring trends (increase/decrease) in sales via different tracking methods
•Studying sales results and conferring with sales managers on corrective action
•Elevate individual results by conducting training sessions, identifying areas of improvement and appropriate coaching
•Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, be readily available to the sales representatives.
•Ability to conduct Training Need Analysis by working with sales managers, create framework for sales pitches based on market, customer requirements and product challenges.
•Maintain project documentation and ‘good call library’ to drive continuous improvement
•Sales Training experience of 2+ years mandatory, overall sales experience of 5+ years
•Competency: (Top 3)
1.An ability to manage the full training cycle - Knowledge of tracking sales trends (increase/decrease in sales)
2.Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational and team management skills
3.Good people management and interpersonal skills, ability to give coaching/feedback for improvement
