Program Administrator

Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad

Key Responsibility:

Ownership of the Program Office activities covering all the aspects of operations and administration.

•Co-ordinate with the senior managers and faculty to arrange for logistics

•Handle queries from students/faculty on call and in person

•Ensure smooth operations of the residency class room sessions 

•Ensure that the residencies are recorded and made available to the students on time with any vedio edition if required

•Manage the student profiles on the learning management system

•Schedule online sessions when required for residencies

•Handle student fee payments and faculty invoicing on a timely manner

 

Coordinate with program office to manage reporting and process optimization

 

•Assist program director and senior operations and academics managers in planning on-campus sessions, preparing schedules, evaluation and grading  

•Create reports for the program office

•Manage, identify and suggest processes for smoother program management to ensure a consistent and trouble free learning experience

•Coordinate with IT and program office to ensure smooth execution at various locations

Qualification:

Relevant Background:

•Qualification: Bachelors / Masters

•Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, administration and relationship management with good communication and interpersonal skills
